AR Mermaid powered by Reality Engine takes over Singapore New Year Countdown

In collaboration with Zero Density, Cgangs (ZD Partner in Singapore) and ITE College Central, Mediacorp delivered a new year party to remember!

Live augmented reality show powered by Reality Engine  has caused great buzz during the new year celebration! A mermaid has risen from the Singapore river to join the crowds for the countdown party. The design was created by ITE College Central students and Zero Density’s AR technology and live production experts were on the ground for the preparation and implementation of the show. Reality Engine  enabled a photo-realistic mermaid to crown the amazing evening.

ZD team has given presentations at Mediacorp studios on fundamentals of AR and how to utilize Reality Engine  for Live AR productions.  Our experts were on the ground at the Promontory for positioning and set up as well as the live show.
