Award-winning Zero Density provides real-time photo-realistic 3D Virtual Studio, Augmented Reality and Extended Reality platform, “Reality Engine  “, with real-time node-based compositing system and its own proprietary keying technology.

It was the Reality Engine  who was giving life to the Elder Dragon flying over the Bird’s Nest Stadium during League of Legend’s World Finals.

We have started a new era in virtual studio production with The Weather Channel’s state-of-the-art virtual set powered by Reality Engine .

Key Responsibilities

Providing Technical Support

  • Providing technical support services to our customers via phone, email, support portal and remote connection,
  • Documenting all technical inquiries and customer problems on internal tracking database clearly and thoroughly,
  • Working with the customers to identify problems and advising on solutions,
  • Managing feature requests and code defects,
  • Acting on-call on a rotational basis,
  • Updating self-help / knowledge base documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves,
  • Maintaining the studio environment and equipment and being ready for live broadcasts at the studio in Izmir office,

Providing Pre-Sales Services

  • Supporting business development and sales teams with the required demonstrations at the studio in Izmir office or on-site at the customer / partner sites,
  • Taking part in booth installations and afterwards attending to the international fairs Zero Density joins,

Providing Post-Sales Services

  • Performing project-based “consultancy” services remotely or on-site,
  • Being responsible for installation & training of “Reality Virtual Studio Products”,
  • Being responsible for scoping, planning and successfully delivering sold projects to the customers or partners,


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or similar fields is required
  • Minimum three years of work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Broadcast Engineer, or a similar role
  • Understanding the basics of how the world of geometry in 3D space works
  • Experience with real-time graphics software is a big plus
  • Direct experience with Unreal Engine® is a plus
  • Direct experience in the broadcast industry is preferred
  • Experience with image processing, post-production and photo/video editing is a plus
  • Experience in a previous customer facing role is preferred
  • Ability to deliver presentations and act as a technical lead
  • Passion and enthusiasm to learn video, gaming, broadcast-related technologies
  • Located in Izmir
  • Flexible with travelling abroad between 20-80% of the time
  • Flexible on work hours
