Reality Engine 4.27 and RealityHub 1.2 are Released

We are excited to release Reality Engine 4.27 and RealityHub 1.2!

Version 1.2 enables RealityHub’s extensive features to be utilized on Unreal Engine 4.27 Vanilla projects for your broadcast and real-time production pipeline from the same intuitive interface.

Here are some highlights for Reality Engine 4.27:

  • Channel Branding template added to Broadcast Graphics category.
  • Text Effects feature allows you to create typographic animations per character. You can check Text Effects sample project under the Broadcast Graphics category.
  • [Experimental] New CubeXR node is added. With this node now you can create extended reality with inner frustum video projection technique on to left, right and bottom planes of a cubic video wall setup.
What's New with Reality Engine 4.27

Here are some highlights for RealityHub 1.2 with Unreal Engine 4.27 Vanilla Support:

  • RealityHub now supports Unreal Engine Vanilla through the Remote Control API. For more details, please visit Controlling Unreal Engine.
  • RGraph has now history. Any changes will be automatically saved, and you can undo/redo your changes by selecting the RGraph History steps.
  • You can now feed your Form Templates with data through popular database management systems such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL by scripting. For more see Data Integration.
