Reality’s AR Graphic Rendered Dragon Crashed the Stage At the League of Legends Final’s Opening Ceremony

Reality Engine‘s AR graphics crashed the stage at the League of Legends final’s Opening ceremony. The grand final of the tournament took place at the Beijing’s famous Bird’s Nest Stadium. Besides 100 thousand people at the stadium there were over 40 million online viewers at their PCs and TVs watching the grand final online. Before the games started Riot Games put on a massive opening ceremony including a giant trophy, a live performance of Jay Chou singing Worlds theme “Legends Never Die”, and a massive augmented reality dragon which is rendered by Zero Density’s Reality Engine. During the live performance of Jay Chou cameras turned to the Reality‘s augmented reality dragon -it was clearly visible on the large screens in the middle of the stadium- than the dragon started flying over the crowd, and landed to stage also let out a good roar before taking off again. The dragon itself was highly detailed and made a noticeable impact. Even after the tournament was over, people were still talking about dragon at the forums.
